7U/8U - 1:10 (70 min) or 6 innings
9U-12U - 1:30 (90 min) or 6 innings
13U/14U - 1:40 (100 min) or 7 innings
Run Rules
6U-8U: 15 after 3, 10 after 4
9U-12U: 15 after 2, 10 after 3, 8 after 4
13U-14U: 15 after 3, 10 after 4, 8 after 5
All games are finish the inning
-In Pool Play Only: no new inning with less than 5 minutes left if there is a 10 run or more deficit
Rules to note
-Slash bunting: 12U and below is not allowed. 13U and up is allowed
-3rd to 1st pickoff (Yo-Yo) is allowed in all ages
-All balks are LIVE BALL: Under OBR, a balk is an illegal motion by the pitcher with runners on base, entitling all runners to advance one base. It is a delayed-dead-ball situation: if the ball is put into play and all runners—including the batter-runner—advance at least one base, the balk is nullified; otherwise, after action ends, each runner is awarded one base.

PARK RULES
-ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE PARK. Violators will be removed from the park for the duration of the weekend and may be subject to park ban from future events.
-There is NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS/NO COOLERS ALLOWED – This includes coolers. You will be asked to finish or get rid of food/drinks at the gate. (This is a city rule for the park, personal cups are allowed)
**One team cooler with water for the players is allowed and must be checked at the gate.
-Gate fee is $12 daily - Cash or Venmo are accepted. 12 and under are free, $5 for military and seniors (62+). Players in uniform are free. 3 coaches per team are free and need to sign in at the gate. Gate fee is non-refundable.
-A speaker is allowed for each team to play walk-up songs and announce hitters. Volume must be kept at a respectable level to not interfere or distract players/spectators on surrounding fields. Failure to do so may result in speaker privileges being revoked.
-NO NOISE MAKERS (bells, horns, etc.)
-NO PETS allowed at the park for insurance reasons.
-NO BIKES, SCOOTERS, OR SKATEBOARDS allowed inside the park

-Team Entry fee must be paid before first game (If applicable)
-Teams provide their own game baseballs
-Please email over copy of insurance before the tournament. Coaches MUST have a copy of the team's insurance, as well as a copy of each player’s birth certificate on hand during the tournament. Digital copies of birth certificates are accepted. Failure to be able to present documents on the spot may result in immediate forfeiture.
-If insurance is not purchased through Five Tool Youth, please make sure to add as covered under the policy

Fields South 3 and South 4 are dirt pitching mounds. All others are portable turf. Please make sure pitchers have correct cleats. NO Metal cleats on turf mounds.
