*****Protests******

A protest regarding rules or pitch count must be made during the game. The coach must ask the umpire to stop play and request a tournament director. A $100 fee is required to file an official protest. If the protest is upheld, the $100 will be refunded.

For pitch count protests, the player in question must still be on the mound at the time the protest is made. If the pitcher is found to be over the limit, he will be removed from pitching but may continue playing another defensive position.

The coach may be subject to ejection, and the game will continue.

Gate Fee: Our $175 gate fee per team is allocated entirely to cover umpire costs, which range from $110 to $140 per game based on age group. For a typical guaranteed three-game schedule, this fee ensures quality officiating and fair play for all teams and families. We also ask for everyone’s continued positive support throughout the games. While we strive for excellence, we’re all human and occasionally make mistakes. We’re committed to providing a great playing experience and will work through every situation to the best of our ability. Thank you for your kindness and courtesy!

Rain Out Policy: In the event of weather disruptions, updates will be sent via email. Field playability is determined by on-site field maintenance crews. TAC strives to maximize playtime for teams within these guidelines.

· No Games Played: Full refund or credit

· 1 Game Played: Half refund or credit

· 2 Games Played / Seeded: No refund, no credit; awards are given based on seeding

· 6U-8U: 1:15

· 9U-12U: 1:30

· 13U-14U: 1:30

Run Rules

6U-8U: 15 after 3, 10 after 4

9U-12U: 15 after 2, 10 after 3, 8 after 4

13U-14U: 15 after 2, 10 after 3, 8 after 4

Baseballs: The Athletic Club provides two game balls per event. Umpires will manage ball rotation.


Metal Cleats: Metal cleats are not permitted on portable mounds.
