C-Town Fall Classic - $150 Team Registration Fee (3GG)

• 3 game guarantee with 2 pool games on Saturday and single elimination bracket on Sunday. Double elimination brackets will be scheduled (giving a 4 game guarantee to teams) at tournament director discretion should availability allow. In double elimination brackets, prior to the "no loss" semifinal game, the coaches will be asked if they desire an IF game or not should a no-loss team be defeated in the championship. Should coaches not agree, a coin will be flipped with the winner choosing the path.

Gate Fee (Daily entry):

• $10 per person
• 12 & under free
• 3 coaches per team and all players free

This is a pay-at-the-plate (PAP) event:

• 6U-8U = $45 per game
• 9U-12U = $55 per game
• 13U-14U = $60 per game

Gametimes:

• 6U-8U = 70 minutes or 6 innings
• 9U-12U = 90 minutes or 6 innings
• 13U-14U = 100 minutes or 7 innings

*In pool play, a new inning will not start with less than 5 minutes remaining, BUT bracket games will be played the full time length.

Run Rules: 

• 6U-8U: 15 after 3, 10 after 4
• 9U-12U: 15 after 2, 10 after 3, 8 after 4
• 13U-14U: 15 after 3, 10 after 4, 8 after 5

Pitch Counts:

• Utilized on 8U kid pitch and up divisions. 30 pitches on Saturday to be able to pitch on Sunday. Finish the batter implemented
• 8U/9U/10U - max 75 for the weekend (30 Saturday, 45 Sunday - or 75 max on a given day)
• 11U/12U - max 85 for the weekend (30 Saturday, 55 Sunday - or 85 max on a given day)
• 13U/14U - max 95 for the weekend (30 Saturday, 65 Sunday - or 95 max on a given day)
• Penalty for over-pitching a player - Ejection of head coach and immediate removal of pitcher from the mound (player can stay in the game)

*There is a VTool rep at each kid pitch field to help coaches track/maintain pitch counts throughout the weekend. USE THEM!

Rules:

• 6U division - Modified Tball. 3 pitches followed by 2 swings off the tee (if needed).
• 6U/7U/8U coach pitch divisions - Time will be called when the lead runner has been stopped. Ball back to the pitcher does not stop the play. Throwing behind the lead runner will be viewed as a live play and runners can advance.
• Headfirst slides are legal at any bag.
• Pickoff attempt to 3rd (disengagement) and the 3rd to 1st pickoff attempt follow current HS baseball rules and are legal.
• Bats must have approved USSSA stamp and not be on the banned bat list on the Five Tool website. Black Emerald bats are not allowed at this time.
• No metal spikes.
• Teams are responsible for supplying baseballs.

Rosters:

• Rosters will freeze the Thursday before the tournament weekend at 11:59 PM.

Protests:

• All protests will consist of a $100 cash payment. If protest is won, the money will be returned.
• Judgement calls are non-protestable. 

Awards:

• 1st Place - Champion Rings & Banner
• 2nd Place - Finalist Rings & Banner

Rain Out Policy:

• 0 games played = 100% credit towards future MC Elite Baseball event
• 1 game played = 50% credit towards future MC Elite Baseball event
• 2 games played = No refund

Behavior at MC Elite Baseball Tournaments:

• All umpires and coaches make mistakes. Please be tolerable of this. 
• Zero tolerance for vulgar language.
• Respect all locations and ballpark site rules.
