  Five Tool requires each team to provide a certificate of team/participant insurance prior to their tournament session. 

  If you do not have insurance you can purchase a policy HERE. 

  You must add Five Tool and GAPT Baseball LLC (entities below) as additionally insured. You can do this free of charge by contacting your insurance provider. We must receive your insurance no later than the day prior to the first day of our event.

Minimum requirements: General Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate/$5,000 each participant. 

Teams that do not have GAPT Baseball LLC and Five Tool listed as additional insured, or that do not carry insurance will not be allowed to play at GAPT Baseball Events. NO EXCEPTIONS!
